We seek someone who can own the community-building journey, execute at pace, and inspire participation. This role blends strategy, events, and storytelling to scale FlightStory’s communities worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience building communities or networks from scratch.
• Proven ability to plan and deliver large-scale events.
• Strong sense of culture and audience needs.
• Translating ideas into repeatable systems and rituals.
• Clear storytelling that engages diverse audiences.
• Data-informed decision making and feedback loops.
• Ownership mindset; fast, solve, and move.

Responsibilities
