Job summary

The University of Sussex’s Landecker Digital Memory Lab seeks a dynamic Communications and Events Officer to develop, present and analyse content across web, social media and newsletters, ensuring consistent brand voice. You will coordinate content from internal and external stakeholders, drive online presence, and attract audiences to in-person and digital events across Europe, Australia and Brazil.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar communications role.
• Creative writer and confident proof-reader with strong attention to detail.
• Experience creating content for web, social media, newsletters and email.
• Ability to adapt tone and style for diverse audiences and intercultural contexts.

Responsibilities

• Develop, present and analyse content effectiveness across channels.
• Grow international visibility and online presence for the Lab.
• Coordinate content from internal and external stakeholders for web, social and events.
• Represent the Lab at international sessions and manage in-person and online activities.
