Are you a sales professional or a reseller with contacts in the inhouse contact center or BPO industry?

We’re Lexound, a fast-growing premium headset brand, purpose-built for the contact center market. Our products deliver crystal-clear sound, all-day comfort, and are designed to last. Plus, they align with modern sustainability strategies and offer custom branding (colours, printed logo, slogan) – perfect for large customer support teams.

We’re looking for freelance commission-based sales reps (or lead generators) with an existing network in the contact center space.

About the Product

Lead Fee Structure

• 2% for guiding the sales process (follow-up, communication)

Additional Bonus on top depending on discount:

• List price: +8%
• Up to 5% discount: +6%
• 6–15% discount: +4%
• 16–25% discount: +2.5%
• 26–35% discount: +1.5%
• Over 35% discount: +1%

Yes, this means you can earn up to 10% commission depending on the deal.

Real Earnings Example

Let’s say you bring in 10 contact centers, each ordering 300 headsets per year at a 15% discount:

• Over 5 years: €64,260

Bring in 20 clients? That’s over €120K in commissions.

We’re looking for people who:

• Have a network in contact centers, BPOs, or telecom resellers
• Are proactive, relationship-driven, and know how to follow up
• Want to build recurring income for the long-term
• Prefer working independently and globally

Your Role:

• Introduce Lexound to your network
• Register leads (you're protected as the first introducer)
• Follow up and help close the sale (we support you)
• Earn commissions for 60 months after the first order
