Job summary

ViiV Healthcare seeks a Head of Commercial Transformation for Europe & International to shape the next phase of LAI adoption and regional growth. You will lead flagship projects, unite cross-functional teams and drive sustainable change across markets to deliver measurable commercial impact for patients and the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences or related field; postgraduate qualification an advantage
• Significant senior commercial leadership and transformation experience in pharma, biotech, healthcare or consulting
• Proven track record shaping transformation strategy and multi-market initiatives that deliver adoption and impact
• Deep understanding of commercial strategy, launches, customer engagement and change delivery
• Ability to influence executives and align Global, Regional and LOC teams around outcomes
• Strong leadership, financial acumen, executive communication and change-management skills
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and diverse regulations while delivering patient and commercial outcomes

Responsibilities

• Set the commercial direction for Europe & International’s top-priority projects and steer investment accordingly
• Translate business opportunities into scalable commercial solutions and market interventions
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable transformation outcomes across markets
• Manage flagship LT-sponsored projects from concept to delivery with clear objectives and governance
• Partner with LOC leaders to implement practical solutions that strengthen commercial performance
• Foster a culture of testing, learning and scaling successful approaches across contexts
• Mentor and develop the Commercial Transformation Team to build strategic delivery capability
