Job summary

ViiV Healthcare, based at our London HQ with a hybrid working model, seeks a Commercial Operations Manager to support flagship projects across Europe & International. You will maintain integrated project plans, governance, reporting and budget tracking, enabling market adoption and measurable commercial impact.

In this role you’ll coordinate cross-functional activity, manage risks and issues, and partner with Global, Regional and LOC teams to scale successful solutions while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial operations, project coordination or programme management within regulated environments.
• Strong practical project management with governance, risk/issue management, and status reporting.
• Experience coordinating complex cross-functional activity across markets and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an integrated view of delivery plans for flagship projects and track adoption and benefits.
• Coordinate proportionate governance, reporting and controls across projects.
• Identify slippage, control gaps and risks, and escalate as needed.
• Manage budget planning and financial reporting for assigned projects, including procurement and invoicing.
• Ensure compliance with governance, records-management requirements and project documentation.
