What The Job Looks Like
Each day you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
- In Market and Portfolio Forecasting: Identify proper methodology based on product market dynamics through extrapolation and trend smoothing based on historic and Analogue / event or patient-based forecasting for selected cases, challenging stakeholders accordingly and having the proper assumptions in place highlighting level of robustness and impact of the assumptions in the projections.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor continuously the competitive market landscape in defined areas of interest for Grünenthal.
- Forecasting Training: Train the commercial organization about the best suitable trend forecasting methodology to use and patient model forecast.
- Anti-trust Analysis: Support building muscle deals by delivering anti-trust analysis.
- Business Deals: Analyze the competitive market landscape and support assessment of success probability for growth opportunities for innovative cases.
- Business Case Analysis and Delivery: Have a deep understanding of best practices in business case creation and documentation.
- Data Manipulation: Capable of conducting market analysis based on single or various data sources with high complexity.
- Storytelling: Transform data and insights into compelling stories that drive decision-making and impactful actions.
- Business Challenge: Be a challenger for all business partners on their commercial performance or ambitions and the accuracy of their analytical thinking.
- Project Management: Capable of delivering the needed analysis and support on time and within budget in an Agile way.
What You’ll Bring To The Table

- Deep understanding of patient-based modelling and ability to adapt and prepare models accordingly.
- Strong expertise in commercial trend forecasting.
- Understanding of commercial, pharma marketing, market access, and sales force management, along with a good grasp of macroeconomic concepts.
- Expertise in competitive intelligence and anti-trust analysis.
- Ability to calculate business cases.
- Advanced capability in data storytelling.
- Expertise in data management and cleansing.
- Ability to challenge and manage stakeholders.
