Overview

As a Global Commercial Leader you will help drive our goals by delivering the financial performance (revenue growth) for the assigned market by driving customer senior relationships, seeking partnerships, and executing the sales strategy for the GP market. You will ensure the implementation of account management, technical services, sales, and inside sales in the GP market in collaboration with relevant Directors, Heads and Leads. You will manage strategic key GP/AMOG accounts while developing best in class account management by connecting with key stakeholders within the customer and internally. You will structure, develop and lead the commercial team within the GP sales organisation. You will oversee the execution of global GP marketing plans including collecting and sharing market and competitive intelligence. You will lead negotiation and execution of long-term supply agreements from initiation phase to execution and implementation. You will identify and lead large and complex business opportunities from idea generation through to first commercialization to deliver sustained and significant medium to long-term growth.
