The role

As a Global Commercial Leader you will help drive our goals by:

  • Delivering the financial performance (revenue growth) for the assigned market by driving customer senior relationships, seeking partnerships, and executing the sales strategy for the GP market.
  • Ensuring implementation of account management, technical services, sales, inside sales in the GP market in collaboration with relevant Directors, Heads and Leads.
  • Managing strategic key GP/AMOG accounts while developing best in class account management connecting with key stakeholders within the customer and internally.
  • Structuring, developing and leading the commercial team within the GP sales organisation.
  • Overseeing the execution of global GP marketing plans including collecting and sharing market and competitive intelligence.
  • Negotiation and execution of long-term supply agreement from initiation phase to execution and implementation.
  • Identify and lead large and complex business opportunities from idea generation through to first commercialization to deliver sustained and significant medium to long-term growth.
