Job summary

Healix International is seeking a Commercial Legal Counsel to join us in Esher (UK) or Cape Town (SA). You will draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, advise internal teams, and help manage commercial risk across our global operations.

The role requires a qualified solicitor with post-qualification experience in commercial contracts and the ability to operate across multiple functions in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with post-qualification experience in commercial contracts.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
• Experience advising in an international environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Provide commercially focused legal advice to internal stakeholders.
• Support contract negotiations and mitigate legal/commercial risk.
• Advise on corporate and company law matters as required.
• Partner with multiple business functions to deliver coordinated legal guidance.
• Support Sales teams with RFPs, ensuring legal review of terms and risk considerations.
• Manage relationships with external law firms and provide legal training.
