Job Opportunity: Global Collateral Digital Product Manager at BNY

We are seeking a Global Collateral Digital Product Manager based in London (hybrid role). This position involves delivering high-value products and advancing our Global Collateral platform, with a focus on digital collateral capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with senior product teams to develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps, emphasizing digital asset capabilities, especially tokenization.
2. Develop innovative products that transform financial and collateral markets.
3. Define product scope and objectives, understanding both traditional and digital asset domains.
4. Partner with the Digital Assets team to explore digital solutions for collateral challenges, including blockchain and DLT technologies.
5. Ensure product-market fit across traditional and digital segments, focusing on collateral, securities finance, and margin use cases.
6. Manage product execution from design to stakeholder engagement and governance.
7. Represent BNY as a Subject Matter Expert, driving best practices in the industry.
8. Define and monitor product metrics to inform decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in derivatives collateral, securities finance, triparty collateral management, or digital assets.
• Strong interest or experience in blockchain/DLT technologies and asset tokenization benefits.
• Proven ability to work with multidisciplinary teams including product managers, designers, and engineers.
• Experience in a highly matrixed, product-focused organization.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to achieve goals through collaboration.
• Product management experience from ideation to development is advantageous.
