Job summary

Radiant is seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our global Customer Support team, focusing on Radiant's Cloud Platform, HPC, and AI supercomputer fleet. You’ll triage, diagnose, and resolve complex infrastructure incidents while delivering exceptional customer experience.

You'll work in a 24/7 follow-the-sun model, collaborating with engineering and vendor teams. This role offers exposure to GPUs, InfiniBand, parallel storage, and AI orchestration software in a

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related STEM, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5+ years in customer-facing technical support or cloud operations.
• Experience with cloud, datacenter, and Linux environments.
• Strong Linux system administration.
• Familiarity with ITIL concepts desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to troubleshoot under pressure.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proactive, curious mindset and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction across AI technologies.
• Deliver timely, professional, high-quality support.
• Triaging incidents, gathering logs and metrics.
• Diagnose and debug hardware/software issues across cloud, Linux, datacenters.
• Escalate to L3/L4 and coordinate corrective actions.
• Participate in 24/7 follow-the-sun support.
• Collaborate with vendors for diagnostics and replacements.
• Contribute to documentation and runbooks.
• Assist with deployment of new AI supercomputers.
• Travel globally as needed.
