Merck Group is seeking a Clinical Site Management Excellence Lead to drive strategy and operational excellence in clinical monitoring and site management. The role focuses on harmonizing practices globally, ensuring inspection readiness, and adapting to decentralized and risk-based trial models.

The incumbent will lead end-to-end processes from site activation to close-out, collaborating with CROs, vendors, and internal teams to deliver compliant, efficient trials on a global stage.

Formación

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Clinical Research or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in clinical research with site management/clinical monitoring expertise.
• Proven track record of owning end-to-end clinical processes, documentation, and oversight.
• Deep knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines including ICH E6(R3).
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in matrix organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Drive harmonized clinical monitoring and site management processes globally.
• Oversee site activation, initiation, monitoring, escalation, CAPA linkage and close-out.
• Collaborate with CROs, vendors, and internal study teams to ensure compliant delivery.
• Partner with digital teams to shape system requirements and tool adoption.
