Bristol Myers Squibb seeks an Associate Director, Global Clinical Science in Neuroscience to lead and execute multiple trial activities with scientific leadership and cross-functional collaboration. This role supports protocol development, data analysis, and study budget aspects while engaging with external partners.

The position emphasizes high-quality clinical writing, cross-disciplinary teamwork, and the ability to manage complex study designs across global trials, with travel as required.

Formación

• Degree in Life Sciences (MD, PhD, PharmD, MS, RN or equivalent).
• 5+ years of experience in clinical science, clinical research, or equivalent.
• Proficient knowledge of GCP/ICH, drug development process, study design, statistics, clinical operations.
• Proficient knowledge and skills for data review, trend identifications, data interpretation.
• Knowledge of establishing and operating data monitoring committees and independent review processes.
• Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and levels and to assimilate technical information quickly.
• Detail-oriented with strong teamwork and leadership capabilities.
• Proficient in Medical Terminology and medical writing; knowledge of disease areas, KOLs, indications, compounds; critical thinking.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain understanding of protocols and educate team members.
• Plan and lead all study startup/conduct/close-out activities.
• Evaluate innovative trial designs with Medical Monitor/Clinical Development Lead.
• Develop protocol and ICF with cross-functional input and ensure high clinical quality.
• Serve as primary site contact for clinical questions and training.
• Oversee data generation/validation, CRF design, data review, and query resolution.
• Identify clinical data trends and escalate as needed.
• Develop clinical narratives and support CSR and regulatory document portions.
• Provide information for budgets, CRO scope, and study materials.
• Coordinate with external partners for scientific advice.
