IQVIA Inc. is seeking an experienced Quality Management professional to join our global team.

The role focuses on defining and delivering the global Quality Plan, driving GCP compliance, risk management, and quality improvements across projects within the Delivery Unit scope. The successful candidate will work as an individual contributor, collaborating with cross-functional teams, monitoring KPIs, and producing periodic quality reports for business lines.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of and experience in clinical trial design, planning, start up, conduct, analysis, and reporting (minimum 8 years).
• Knowledge of National and International Regulations and Drug Development processes.
• Knowledge of CRO or Pharmaceutical industry operations.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

Responsabilités

• Adopt and implement the global Quality Management Plan within the scope of the assignment.
• Identify risks through data review and quality control processes.
• Support corrective/preventive actions and guidance for improvement.
• Cooperate with stakeholders to maintain focus on quality in project delivery.
• Develop and monitor a Delivery Unit/Sponsor Quality Management plan and Risk Management Program.
• Provide advice on all aspects of GCP compliance and quality issues.
• Assist during audits and regulatory inspections as required by SOPs.
