Qualifications

• Recent clinical research experience in project management or equivalent roles.
• Global or regional management of all project services from startup to closure.
• Therapeutic experience in oncology and/or GI (IBD, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease) preferred.
• Experience managing Phase II and III clinical projects preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to negotiate confidently with clients and vendors.
• Strong team building and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage global, multi-center clinical research projects across therapeutic areas.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Lead and manage multi-functional project teams.
• Train, mentor, and coach project team members.
• Serve as primary client contact on project matters.
• Attend bid defenses, contribute to proposals and client presentations.
• Ensure adherence to company standards and internal procedures.
