Job summary

CSL Behring seeks a Global Clinical Program Leader (GCPL) to design and execute the clinical strategy for development programs. The GCPL leads the Clinical Development Team (CDT) in a matrix environment, coordinating strategic planning, study execution, and regulatory alignment.

The role oversees clinical content, medical monitoring, and authoring for key documents, with potential BD/contributor assignments as needed. Advanced degrees and strong regulatory acumen are required.

Qualifications

• Extensive clinical development experience with pharmaceutical/regulatory processes.
• 3–5 years of relevant clinical development experience in pharma/clinical studies.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Clinical Development Team (CDT) in a matrix environment and aligns with PSD/TPP.
• Provides clinical and scientific oversight across assigned programs and communicates with cross-functional teams.
• Reviews data and serves as Lead/Contributing author for key study documents and regulatory packages.
