Job summary

Adecco Portugal is seeking a Global Studies Asset Manager (GSAM) based in Welwyn, England. The role is hybrid, full-time, on a 6-month contract, with a daily rate of £450–£500.

You will drive operational study management for molecule assets, lead clinical operations, and ensure the delivery of global trials, collaborating across functions and vendors to maintain quality and timelines.

This position requires strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and drug development, with Phase 3 exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Operation experience in clinical trial management is highly desirable.
• University degree or equivalent, preferably in life sciences.
• Strong knowledge of drug development process and ICH/GCP guidelines.
• Excellent collaboration and cross-functional communication.
• Experience leading components of study delivery, including vendor oversight and budget reconciliation.
• Phase 3 clinical trial experience preferred across multiple disease areas.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee study management across multiple studies within an asset's portfolio, following ICH-GCP and company processes.
• Develop study documents (protocols, training materials) with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Collaborate with Analytics and Portfolio Optimisation (APO) teams to improve efficiency and patient-centric study delivery.
• Monitor and report KPIs related to operational quality and timelines, addressing risks proactively.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors throughout the study lifecycle.
• Contribute to innovative approaches in clinical operations and drive continuous improvement.
