Job summary

Bird & Bird is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join the Marketing and Business Development team in London. You will manage a diverse portfolio across multiple practices and countries, ensuring exceptional client service and driving growth through best practices and client development initiatives.

You will collaborate with the Global Client Service & Insight team to strengthen relationships with Global 30 and Sector Priority clients, while contributing to client innovation and process

Qualifications

• Experience in a Legal or Professional Services environment is preferred.
• Demonstrates strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Able to identify potential new business opportunities.
• Forges strong relationships with partners and clients.
• Maintains professional yet robust approach to challenging conversations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement an effective account strategy (including client issues, priorities, budget and relationship map).
• Lead annual client relationship reviews and audit relationship capital via CRM tools.
• Implement systematic client feedback processes to identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate global account team activities and prepare meeting agendas and notes.
• Monitor industry and client issues and share insights with the team.
• Prepare partners for client meetings with tailored materials.
• Support the proposals process for major RFPs and tenders, coordinating client pitch materials.
