Overview

Join Publicis Groupe’s Global Operations team as a Global Engagement Lead, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of marketing operations for our top multinational clients. We are dedicated to creating best-in-class global and local marketing solutions that enhance every aspect of the marketing ecosystem. In this strategic position, you’ll consult with clients to recommend, package, and lead the deployment of our comprehensive operational offerings. The role involves managing key client engagements and influencing future solution roadmaps, ensuring the seamless delivery of end-to-end marketing orchestration.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed assessments to identify client challenges and summarise opportunities and gaps.
  • Develop and package operational solutions to meet both new and existing client needs.
  • Compile strategic recommendations, pricing, scopes, and follow-up materials through approval processes.
  • Oversee solution scope and delivery, ensuring all program milestones are met within timelines.
  • Manage communication and relationship expectations with client executives and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with project management, solution SMEs, and product teams for timely operational solution delivery.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in agency consulting, client-facing roles, account management, or client-side marketing.
  • Proven track record in project planning, management, and successful delivery.
  • Self-starter with attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Adaptable to evolving roles and willing to take on new responsibilities as needed.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to persuade and manage client expectations.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the capability to compile and deliver compelling recommendations.
  • Hands-on approach, ready to engage directly with projects for effective solutions.
