Job summary

WPP Media is seeking a Senior leader to drive data-led transformation for a major global client. You will shape data, technology and AI strategies, leading a team to implement solutions across Discovery, Planning, Activation and Measurement.

You will partner with CMOs and senior stakeholders, guiding data capabilities and infrastructure while ensuring responsible use of data and sustained growth.

Qualifications

• In-depth experience leading data-driven transformations for large clients.
• Ability to define data strategies across media, advertising and technology.
• Proven track record designing measurement frameworks and AI-enabled optimization.
• Experience assembling and guiding cross-functional data/tech teams.
• Strong leadership, coaching and mentorship for diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Own data narrative and growth strategy for global client initiatives.
• Lead a team to define data roles, first-party data usage and partnerships.
• Oversee measurement design and AI-enabled optimization across channels.
• Coordinate technology consulting and implementation within client ecosystems.
