About the Role
As our Global Chief Communications Officer, you’ll shape the voice and soul of a beauty powerhouse — one that empowers self-expression, celebrates diversity, and redefines standards of beauty across borders. This is your chance to architect a globally resonant brand narrative while building trust, loyalty, and love among consumers, stakeholders, and communities in over 80 countries.
You’ll lead and elevate global communications strategy across all channels — from executive positioning and brand storytelling to crisis preparedness and sustainability thought leadership.
️ Key Responsibilities
• Global Communications Strategy: Craft and lead a comprehensive communication vision that reflects the company’s purpose, brand ethos, and innovation agenda on a global scale
• Corporate Reputation & ESG Storytelling: Position the company as a purpose-driven beauty leader by amplifying commitments to inclusivity, sustainability, and transparency
• Executive Visibility: Serve as strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team, shaping their public profiles and internal engagement
• Brand & Campaign Communications: Partner closely with brand and marketing teams to amplify launches, activations, and culturally-relevant campaigns
• Media Relations & Thought Leadership: Cultivate relationships with global media, influencers, and key opinion leaders to drive coverage and narrative leadership
• Crisis & Issues Management: Lead global issues preparedness and response with poise and integrity
• Employee Communications: Foster alignment and culture across a global workforce through clear, engaging internal communications
Qualifications
• 15+ years of progressive communications leadership experience, preferably in beauty, luxury, fashion, or lifestyle sectors
• Proven expertise leading global teams and campaigns in highly visible, consumer-facing organizations
• Deep understanding of digital, social, and earned media landscapes across global markets
• Exceptional storytelling, advisory, and stakeholder management capabilities
• Demonstrated agility in navigating complex reputational environments
