Role Purpose
As a Global Change and Adoption Lead , your role is making an impactful difference in communicating in an easy and business oriented language. In this role, you would require to be a strategic thinker who can develop and implement change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance in the context of the implementation of a technical ERP system on a global scale. As the Change Management and Adoption Lead you will work closely with various departments to ensure that changes are smoothly and successfully implemented to achieve lasting benefits.
