Job summary

Lonza Group Ltd. is seeking a Compliance Auditor to drive global cGMP audits across biologics, sterile products, APIs and devices. The role emphasizes collaboration with international manufacturing sites and regulators while maintaining inspection readiness.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years in cGMP QA/auditing and hold an MSc in a related field, with extensive MHRA/HPRA inspector experience and ability to travel internationally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cGMP QA/auditing experience.
• Experience as Health Authority Inspector with MHRA or HPRA (Ireland).
• Lead and execute global cGMP audits across diverse sites.
• Advise sites on regulatory compliance and inspection prep.

Responsibilities

• Champion global excellence for HR processes and technology in Lonza.
• Advise sites on remediation actions and regulatory inspections.
• Provide GMP compliance expertise and best practice guidance.
• Perform supplier quality assessments and audits.
• Act as SPOC for assigned suppliers within a global portfolio.
• Monitor and assess compliance risks across business units.
• Mentor and coach auditors.
