Solventum seeks a CDI/Coding Consulting Specialist to review clinical documentation for completeness and regulatory compliance, supporting accurate DRGs. You will work with hospitals across international markets, transfer knowledge to client teams, and strengthen documentation programs while maintaining confidentiality.

The role requires strong ICD-10/coding skills, clinical knowledge, and the ability to engage clinicians and CDI staff in a client-facing, travel-intensive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) or clinical coding
• Strong understanding of ICD-10 coding, DRG methodologies and guidelines
• Experience reviewing and querying clinical documentation
• Ability to conduct structured interviews and workflow observations within hospital staff

Responsabilités

• Conduct retrospective chart reviews to assess accuracy, completeness and specificity of documentation
• Apply ICD-10 codesets, DRG classification to identify gaps
• Shadow physicians, coders and CDI staff to understand workflows
• Interview stakeholders to gather insights on documentation challenges
• Develop structured queries and actionable audit reports with recommendations
