About the role

This position is part of the Medical Sciences team, responsible for medical science and evidence generation throughout the development and lifecycle of RB Hygiene products. The role collaborates with Medical Science Managers and brand teams to generate medical insights that support safe, effective, and innovative products for consumers.

Responsibilities
  1. Represent the Medical Sciences team independently and contribute expertise in cross-functional meetings.
  2. Assess efficacy and safety data, advising on approaches to support brand growth through product development.
  3. Review and provide input on regulatory and clinical documents, including CTDs, clinical overviews, safety summaries, investigator brochures, study protocols, and medical reports.
  4. Manage responses and ensure quality of medical documentation for projects.
  5. Collaborate with experts across departments to ensure accuracy and quality of documentation.
  6. Conduct literature reviews and prepare responses as needed.
  7. Edit and proofread team members’ texts, providing constructive feedback.
  8. Keep working documents updated and current.
Qualifications and experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or medical field.
  • Experience in medical/pharmaceutical or consumer health industry and Medical Affairs.
  • Experience in healthcare product development is advantageous.
  • Proficient in scientific data review, medical writing, systematic reviews, and clinical data analysis.
  • Knowledge of research methodology, regulatory requirements, and healthcare compliance.
  • Experience with product development and clinical trials, including successful product launches.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Strong strategic, communication, and networking skills.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced, innovative environments.
