We’re looking for a Category Manager – Property & Facilities Management. We welcome applications from across the UK, with the expectation that the successful candidate will be assigned to one of our designated sites.

What you\'ll do

• Develop, sign off, and execute the category strategy and plan for Facilities Management & Property, in line with Source to Contract process, policies, and governance.

• Implement actions to optimally leverage category suppliers globally; drive common standards across vendors.

• Make category recommendations using sourcing levers and manage category projects.

• Manage relationships with Business Units and Supply Partners to ensure strategy fulfilment and compliance.

• Guide and monitor strategic and operational sourcing processes.

• Administer contracts within the category, ensuring services meet business requirements and contracts reflect delivered service.

• Manage supplier performance, monitoring compliance to contractual agreements to optimise performance.

• Proactively manage supplier relationships, identifying opportunities for innovation, growth, and cost reduction.

• Demonstrable experience in an FM & Property procurement role.
