We are seeking a dynamic Global Category Leader for our Capital Equipment & Equipment Maintenance (GCL CAPEX) Category. You will lead initiatives, develop category strategies, oversee significant expenditures, and engage with suppliers and stakeholders worldwide. Expertise in category management is essential to deliver innovative solutions aligned with our operational and manufacturing goals.
You will lead sourcing projects end-to-end, optimize demand management, and promote supplier performance and innovation. Responsibilities include defining specifications, improving vendor relationships, and executing strategic plans. Reporting to the Global Category Director, you will be part of a collaborative, caring, and courageous organization.
