Job summary

Leonardo UK is seeking a Campaign Manager to drive the strategic growth of support contracts within the Electronics Division across the UK and export markets. You will lead Integrated Campaign Teams and engage with primes, OEMs and end users to shape requirements and win complex, high-value opportunities.

The role requires excellent communication skills, stakeholder engagement at senior levels, and flexibility to operate in a hybrid working environment across multiple UK locations including

Qualifications

• Understanding of domestic and international defence and aerospace market.
• Experience and proven success in strategic selling and complex systems capture.
• Comfortable undertaking accurate market and competitor analysis.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams to win business.
• Influencing skills to build relationships with Embassies and Government Agencies.
