Job summary

Videojet Technologies, part of Veralto, seeks a Business Unit Director to own global product lines and drive growth in a matrix setup. You will align Sales, Marketing, Product Planning, Service, Operations, and R&D to build a strategic vision and profitable roadmap for core product families.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, oversee launch activities, and develop compelling market materials while driving customer value and competitive positioning. This role reports to the Sr.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 5–7 years in product management or related roles with a track record of launches.
• Senior product experience at director level with a technical product preferred.
• Strong understanding of the marking and coding market, trends, and user experience.
• Expertise in market research tools and techniques.
• Proficiency in creating product vision and cross-team collaboration across engineering and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop product line strategy with 1- and 3-year vision, business cases, use cases, and revenue plans.
• Own sales growth and P&L for products, collaborating with regional leaders.
• Create materials to win opportunities: ROI tools, solution guides, value documents.
• Develop global launch plans and internal support materials.
• Review marketing materials with Marketing and define target customer segments.
• Attend customer sites to understand market dynamics firsthand.
• Lead bug fixes, updates, upgrades, and enhancements to drive completion.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, marketing, and sales to balance resources.
