We seek a proactive Business Development Engineer to identify opportunities, build strategic customer relationships, and promote advanced composite materials and manufacturing solutions globally.

The role involves developing sales strategies, coordinating with engineering and production teams, preparing technical proposals, and driving revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Materials, Composite) or related field.
• MBA in Marketing/Business Management preferred.
• 3–10 years in business development, technical sales, or key account management.
• Experience in composites, aerospace components, defense manufacturing, wind turbine components or advanced materials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries and markets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, EPCs, and government organizations.
• Prepare technical presentations, proposals, RFQs, RFPs, and commercial quotations.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of samples, prototypes, and products.
• Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and provide regular forecasts.
• Drive customer satisfaction through regular technical discussions and visits.
