Global Business Development Director – Niche/Haute Parfumerie/ Luxury Fragrance

Location: London (with international travel)

We are partnering with an ultra-luxury fragrance house, headquartered in London, to appoint a Global Business Development Director. The brand is known for its artisanal craftsmanship, exclusive collaborations, and carefully curated international distribution across prestige retail, flagship boutiques, and luxury partners.

With a loyal client base and strong presence across Europe, the Middle East, and North America, the business is now entering a new phase of international expansion.

The Role

This is a senior leadership position with full responsibility for global commercial strategy and execution. You will drive international growth through distributor and retail partnerships, optimise existing markets, and identify new strategic opportunities to scale the brand’s global footprint—while protecting its elite positioning.

Working closely with the CEO and internal teams, you’ll lead a small commercial team and play a central role in aligning commercial performance with long-term brand strategy.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial commercial leader from the world of high-end luxury—ideally niche beauty, fine fragrance, haute horology, fine jewellery, or ultra-premium consumer goods.

You will bring:

  • A strong track record in global sales or business development
  • Experience managing luxury distributor and retail relationships across key regions (MEA, APAC, North America)
  • P&L ownership and commercial planning expertise
  • Sensitivity to brand equity, luxury customer psychology, and prestige retail environments
  • A collaborative, hands-on approach and ability to influence across functions and cultures

Location: London HQ, with international travel

Compensation: Competitive base + performance bonus + benefits
