Qualifications

• Experience teaching Pearson BTEC Higher Nationals International Specification.
• Able to train adult delegates effectively.
• Strong understanding of assessment principles.
• High subject knowledge for delivery.
• Teaching, admin, assessment or management experience in the subject.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
• Proficient with laptop, internet and MS PowerPoint; tech-enabled delivery.
• Able to manage the learning and development of diverse professionals.
• Positive attitude towards feedback and commitment to professional development.
• Represent Pearson professionally under contractual terms.
• Deliver training using Pearson-provided materials; maintain quality standards.
• Deliver sessions in English; other languages beneficial (Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic).

Responsibilities

• Deliver online and face-to-face courses across Asia and Pacific.
• Keep up to date with changes in education sector.
• Work with internal teams to improve professional development courses.
• Undertake international travel.
• Attend in-house briefings and client meetings to tailor delivery.
• Deliver training session per customer guidelines.
• Complete summary feedback forms for each session.
• Score session delegate feedback consistently.
