About the role

As Global Brand Manager, you will be responsible for generating a quantum shift in skincare growth on our Skincare category NPD projects cross-category activations, to grow the brand in the skincare category towards the #1 global rank. The role is responsible for leading and driving thorough, strategic & record-breaking global brand marketing campaigns, across all markets, in the air & on the ground for the Charlotte Tilbury brand across Skincare NPD and cross category campaigns. Working closely with the Global Head of Skincare and across in house creative, digital, and regional partners, you will build and deliver ground-breaking 360 global marketing campaigns, supporting both new product launches and core franchises.

As a Global Brand Manager, Skincare you will

  • MAGIC SKINCARE FRANCHISE STRATEGY & PURPOSE - You will support the Global Head of Skincare and Global Brand Director in creating strategy for the Skincare category NPD’s & collaborate with the various internal teams to realise the growth ambition. Our purpose ‘the magic of skin confidence’ should be central to this as well as our product promise ‘immediate skin revival- clinically proven results’.
  • CAMPAIGN DEVELOPMENT - You will lead the development of 360 marketing campaigns for the Skincare NPD Launches as well as cross-category activations. You will own the end-to-end campaigns for Skincare NPS, from concept through to campaign delivery and measurement, partnering with 360 global teams (Creative Agency, Copy, Visual Merchandising, Social, Digital, PR, Ecommerce and Content teams). You will play a key role in spearheading the CPA for on time ain full delivery of all projects.
  • CROSS CATEGORY BRAND ACTIVATIONS - Translate strategy to action leading cross-category brand activations (TOA’s, collateral production and seasonal moments) to drive brand salience & customer acquisition on the core of our brand.
  • BRAND EXPERIENCE - Support the brand director & partner with ad-hoc activations, consulting Pro team, Education & Visual Merchandising to translate the brand vision into training, services & instore brand experience which drives customer acquisition & builds the brand consistently for your key projects.
  • PERFORMANCE REVIEW - You will stay close to brand performance & track the results of key campaigns to improve our marketing ROI & customer acquisition. You will monitor competitor activity monthly and perform in-depth analysis
  • REGIONAL COLLABORATION - You will collaborate with all regions and markets, as well as the Ecommerce team, to ensure activities are integrated across channels (paid, owned and earned) with consistent messaging, whilst solving for local relevance. You will craft clear marketing toolkits exciting the business on the new launch/campaign presenting them with a complete kit to flawlessly execute the innovation/campaign in a timely fashion.

About you

  • Proven experience of brand marketing role especially in developing global campaigns, always on brand engagement & strategic brand positioning- within beauty & premium skincare
  • Proven track record for delivering distinctive & effective brand marketing campaigns
  • Strong preference for candidates with global experience working with multiple regions
  • Resilient, tenacious, confident self-starter who can flourish in an entrepreneurial/start up environment and hit the ground running.
  • Insight driven decision making – balancing art with commerce. Must be proficient in combining quantitative and qualitative data to form strategies and inform decision making.
  • Innovative problem solver and creatively driven.
  • Strong people management skills with the ability to influence, multitask and motivate.
  • An exceptional communicator, collaborator and influencer who lands on the salient point, has a confident recommendation and can facilitate sound judgments and swift decision making.
  • Results orientated with an impeccable work ethic.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, and familiar with the most relevant Prestige Beauty market research databases
