Join to apply for the Global Brand Manager - MT Experience role at Merlin Entertainments.

We have a new opportunity for a Global Brand Manager - MT Experience. This role will be responsible for shaping and delivering brand plans that align with long-term strategy, ensuring consistency and relevance across all marketing touchpoints. The successful candidate will lead innovative brand activities and experiences that engage target audiences, drive awareness, and support commercial growth.

Working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners, this role will oversee brand positioning, creative development, and campaign execution to bring our brands to life in a compelling and consistent way. The Brand Manager will also monitor brand performance, analyze consumer insights, and share best practices across the marketing community.

This role is flexible globally in location (excluding APAC and West Coast USA), but you must be able to align with UK operating hours.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement brand plans that align with long-term strategy and marketing objectives.
  2. Lead creative development, ensuring consistent and impactful brand messaging across all touchpoints.
  3. Monitor brand performance, analyze insights, and optimize strategies to drive awareness and engagement.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality brand activations and experiences.
Qualifications & Experience
  • A strong background in brand management with experience in a senior role.
  • Experience in the entertainment, tourism, or hospitality sectors, preferably at a global level.
  • A proven track record of delivering successful brand strategies and activations.
  • Experience managing significant brand budgets.
  • Ability to analyze and act on consumer insights to inform brand decisions.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience working across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
