We are currently recruiting for aGlobal Brand Managerat ourLondonoffice. The Global Brand Managerwill support the EBD team in increasing market share of our existing products as well as development of direct marketing strategies (online and offline), creating marketing materials, marketing kits with the support of the Head of Marketing.

The ideal candidate will havea minimum of 2 years Marketing experience within pharmaceutical, medical aesthetics or Energy Based Devices sector.

Hours of work: 37 per week

Location:30-32 Whitfield Street, London, W1T 2RQ

What You'll Be Doing:

Support UK EBD team in the creation of strategic decision proposals based on all market facts, results of the analyses (competitor, SWOT, target segments etc.), evaluations (KPIs,), product launch activities with marketing activities.

Support UK EBD team in the creation of marketing tools and materials (benefit arguments and sales arguments for the target segments)

Supporting the UK EBD sales team with customer presentations and customer requirements

Development & implementation of strong pre-launch & launch programs/ campaigns.

Arrange together with UK EBD sales team different customer events.

Support UK EBD team in brand building via content creation for specific consumer life stages

Collaborate with senior product managers in maintaining plan integration and ensuring the overall achievement of product objectives.

Monitoring of competition, promotional activities, market trends

Close cooperation with digital department on coordination of content and activities online

Liaise with PR agency to ensure regular press coverage, clinic support, KOL development, video content

Update monthly report with recent marketing/training activity

Engage in regular contact with KOLs/trainers/product ambassadors

Your skills and experience

Essential:

University degree (preferably in Marketing/Economics)

Minimum 2 years of marketing experience within pharmaceutical, medical aesthetics or EBD sector

Assisting with reporting to management and Global HQ

Marketing profile with a commercial sensitivity

Desirable:

1-2 years’ experience within Brand Management

CRM and CMS systems

Social Media Plans

High analytical thinking abilities and initiative

Flexibility and team orientation

Knowledge of the industry is an advantage.

Experience within marketing agency
