The Content Marketing Manager will support the execution of the Global Brand Content strategy to engage global audiences through all stages of the buying journey. You should have a proven track record in storytelling and managing diverse content formats, including email marketing, social media, thought leadership, and digital campaigns. Prior experience in the supply chain or ecommerce industry is advantageous.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Content Creation:

  • Collaborate with the Content Marketing Lead and team to write, edit, and optimize engaging long-form content such as articles, white papers, eBooks, and case studies.
  • Create compelling, on-brand content for thought leadership, social media, email campaigns, blogs, and digital marketing initiatives.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including solution marketing, digital marketing, communications, creative, and vertical markets, to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and business objectives.
  • Partner with external agencies and freelancers as needed to scale content production.

Digital Marketing Integration:

  • Coordinate with digital marketing teams to optimize content for SEO and integrate it into broader campaigns.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure content performance and inform optimization strategies.

Industry Expertise:

  • Stay informed about trends and developments in the supply chain industry to produce relevant and authoritative content.
  • Build relationships with industry thought leaders and subject-matter experts to enhance content quality and authenticity.

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of professional experience, including 3-5 years in content marketing with a focus on global markets.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a portfolio showcasing long-form content such as blogs, case studies, eBooks, and white papers.
  • Experience managing content across various channels including social media, email marketing, and digital platforms.
  • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS), SEO best practices, and analytics tools.
  • Experience in the supply chain industry or ecommerce sectors is preferred.
  • Innovative problem-solver with strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
