Job summary

EY is offering a Global Brand, Marketing & Communications Associate Development Program in Manchester. This 18-month structured development journey provides rotations across key BMC areas, including Marketing, Brand & Experiences, Communications & Engagement, and Enablement.

You’ll gain hands-on experience, peer-to-peer coaching, formal training, and explore diverse teams. You will work on stakeholder presentations, internal/external communications, and campaign metrics while building

Responsibilities

• Develop stakeholder presentations and toolkits.
• Support creation of internal and external communications materials.
• Contribute ideas for creative marketing assets.
• Assist with campaign measurement, analysis and reporting.
• Maintain and update team SharePoint sites with relevant content.
• Coordinate activities and manage deliverables across projects.
• Collaborate across BMC pillars and teams.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with EY stakeholders across BMC and other functions.
• Support development of presentations and leadership decks.
