Job summary

Trinity Resource Solutions is seeking a Brand & Marketing Executive to join our marketing team in Maidenhead. You’ll help bring products to market, develop engaging marketing content and support campaigns across multiple channels with Europe-wide collaboration.

You’ll work with product management and local teams to ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and commercial goals, while coordinating creative production and international content adaptation.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, brand marketing, campaign coordination or marketing communications.
• Genuine interest in creative content, campaigns, social media and brand development.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and an understanding of why brand consistency matters.
• Confident communication skills and the ability to work with different teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing materials across multiple channels, including in-store campaigns, point-of-sale displays, merchandising, print and press releases.
• Support new product launches, creating content that gets products noticed and engages customers.
• Work with product management and local marketing teams to develop compelling category campaigns.
• Help ensure every campaign reflects the brand's identity and commercial goals.
• Support social media content creation and management.
• Collaborate with digital, brand and content teams to deliver consistent marketing activity.
• Work with distributors and international colleagues to adapt content for different markets.
