Job summary

WPP Media Limited is seeking a senior BI/Reporting leader to design, deliver, and govern data provisioning solutions for a high-profile Amazon project. You will lead a globally distributed team of data engineers and BI specialists, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.

You will shape the client reporting strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams across media, data, and technology, and drive adoption of best-practice metrics to support business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience as a BI/reporting specialist in a media/advertising environment.
• Ability to design intuitive data visualizations with BI tools to empower end users.
• Strong knowledge of data infrastructure, cloud data management, ETL processes.
• Experience with digital marketing data platforms (GA4, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
• Familiarity with DPAM/OMS processes and related governance.
• Proven ability to define strategy, roadmaps, and organize technical resources.
• Excellent written and verbal communications with senior clients.

Responsibilities

• Own reports and data provisioning solutions for the client, ensuring quality and client adoption.
• Translate client needs into structured requirements for engineers and BI developers.
• Prioritize development work with media leadership based on business impact.
• Lead the design of scalable technical solutions and estimate work scope.
• Coordinate across disciplines to ensure data excellence and alignment with business goals.
• Hire, train, and mentor a team of data engineers and reporting specialists.
• Provide hands-on leadership to support the team and drive data ingestion, storage, and visualization improvements.
• Collaborate with Data Excellence and Engineering to embed best practice metrics into reporting products.
• Represent client needs in DTA reporting product steering groups and influence product strategy.
• Provide training and support to users of reporting solutions for self-sufficiency.
