What You'll Do
The Global Benefits Senior Manager will be a key driver of BCG’s health, life, and income protection programs across EMESA (Europe, Middle East, Africa & South America). Acting as a technical insurance expert and trusted advisor to regional HR, Finance and other stakeholders, you will help shape resilient, forward-looking benefits plans that align with BCG’s duty of care and business priorities. You’ll ensure programs across health, life, disability, and business travel insurance remain compliant, sustainable, and strategically impactful in markets facing complex regulatory and cost dynamics.
This role reports to the Global Benefits Insurance Director and supports strategic initiatives within the Global Benefits Centre of Expertise (COE), which is at the forefront of thought leadership and leveraging AI to drive innovation and benefits industry transformation.
