We have a fantastic opportunity for a client-focused individual with previous administrative experience within the Employee Benefits or Financial Services sector to join a high-performing and expanding team.
While previous relevant experience would be advantageous, we are also willing to consider applications from recent graduates who can demonstrate a genuine interest in securing a role within the Employee Benefits/Financial Services sector.
This role will be based in either our Glasgow or Bristol offices and is a hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in the office.

Global Benefits Management (GBM) allows multinational organizations to manage their insured employee benefits globally more effectively. The Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) global GBM solution delivers everything clients need for local broking renewals, global coordination, technology, governance, and consulting.
The purpose of the role is to provide operational support for the management of a GBM solution, associated insured employee benefits, and any ad hoc tasks to internal and external parties.
This position would suit someone with strong organizational and coordination skills, a good understanding of insured employee benefits, and comfort working in a client-facing role within a collaborative culture.
