Job Description:
Responsibilities:
  • Administer benefits programs, including health and welfare plans, for global teams across multiple countries; support annual open enrollment processes.
  • Manage inbound benefits queries, ensuring timely resolution and support to employees.
  • Maintain benefits documentation within benefit guidebooks, intranet, and Workday platform.
  • Assist with monthly payroll processes through deductions workbooks and payroll trackers.
  • Reconcile, log, and process benefit invoices for payment.
  • Respond to questions regarding Leaves of Absence and guide employees through application processes.
  • Collaborate with HR, Talent, Finance, Legal, and IT departments to ensure accurate benefits processes.
  • Participate in new employee orientations as needed.
  • Support global Wellness initiatives, including event coordination and collaboration with Employee Resource Groups.
  • Maintain flexibility in scheduling to accommodate meetings outside normal hours due to global stakeholder and vendor time zones.
  • Build effective relationships with brokers and benefits vendors to resolve issues and ensure data integrity.
  • Audit and reconcile benefits census data quarterly against vendor records.
About you:
  • 2-3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or related fields.
  • Highly organized, problem solver, capable of operating in a fast-paced KPI-driven environment.
  • Confident and mature in interactions with legal professionals, internal teams, and external vendors.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Proactive, pragmatic, and task-focused approach.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word; experience with Workday is preferred.
  • Legally eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
  • Experience or working knowledge of Benefits programs.
