Responsibilities:
- Administer benefits programs, including health and welfare plans, for global teams across multiple countries; support annual open enrollment processes.
- Manage inbound benefits queries, ensuring timely resolution and support to employees.
- Maintain benefits documentation within benefit guidebooks, intranet, and Workday platform.
- Assist with monthly payroll processes through deductions workbooks and payroll trackers.
- Reconcile, log, and process benefit invoices for payment.
- Respond to questions regarding Leaves of Absence and guide employees through application processes.
- Collaborate with HR, Talent, Finance, Legal, and IT departments to ensure accurate benefits processes.
- Participate in new employee orientations as needed.
- Support global Wellness initiatives, including event coordination and collaboration with Employee Resource Groups.
- Maintain flexibility in scheduling to accommodate meetings outside normal hours due to global stakeholder and vendor time zones.
- Build effective relationships with brokers and benefits vendors to resolve issues and ensure data integrity.
- Audit and reconcile benefits census data quarterly against vendor records.
About you:
- 2-3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or related fields.
- Highly organized, problem solver, capable of operating in a fast-paced KPI-driven environment.
- Confident and mature in interactions with legal professionals, internal teams, and external vendors.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Proactive, pragmatic, and task-focused approach.
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word; experience with Workday is preferred.
- Legally eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
- Experience or working knowledge of Benefits programs.
