Trinny London is seeking a dynamic PR Manager to lead earned media across the UK, US, Australia and Ireland, advising the Founder and CEO on personal brand storytelling. You will direct agency partners and collaborate with the marketing team to amplify brand narratives.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing high-impact communications/PR programs within the beauty industry.
• Proven Beauty PR leader with strong media relationships.
• Creative with pitching ideas to the media for impactful coverage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisation and time management abilities.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven with problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategically balance and execute PR initiatives for Trinny London and founder, aligning with business objectives.
• Implement integrated PR strategies across the UK, US, IRE and AU with compelling brand narratives.
• Partner with internal marketing to translate briefs into aligned comms plans.
• Direct regional PR agencies for local activations and media prep.
• Develop relationships with editors, opinion leaders and VIPs for sustained coverage.
• Identify trends and media touchpoints to maximise earned coverage globally.
• Lead and develop a coordinator to support PR initiatives.
