We are seeking a professional to join our Investment Banking team in London to contribute to the success of Goldman Sachs.

The Healthcare investment banking group provides advice, financing access, and execution expertise across the healthcare spectrum, including managed care, life sciences, hospitals, and medical devices.

Role Responsibilities

Associates develop and strengthen client relationships, participate in advisory teams, and execute financial transactions. Responsibilities include creating financial models, preparing client presentations, managing transaction processes, and structuring transactions. They gain exposure to the firm's businesses and develop analytical, communication, and marketing skills.

Associates perform valuation analyses, participate in M&A transactions, and assist with debt and equity issuances. They prepare presentations on industry trends, assess client situations, and recommend strategies. They coordinate with tax advisors, attorneys, and bankers, lead due diligence, and negotiate legal documents. They are vital to Goldman Sachs' banking team, supporting client communication and transaction structuring.
