Job summary

RBS International in Jersey offers a summer internship designed to give you real project exposure, with mentoring from senior colleagues and a chance to contribute to a business that serves communities.

The eight‑week placement ends with an assessment and could lead to a place on the 2028 graduate programme. Eligibility includes Jersey residential status, being in your penultimate year, and working toward a 2:1; visa sponsorship is not offered.

Starting salary is £27,090 pro rata.

Qualifications

• To be eligible for our RBS International summer internship, you’ll need Jersey residential status.
• To be in your penultimate year of university and on track to achieve a 2:1.
• You should enjoy collaborating and working as part of a team.
• A customer‑first approach and a creative approach to problem solving.
• Note: visa sponsorship is not offered for this programme.
