Job summary

Skin Analytics is seeking a Senior Marketing leader to steer the B2B marketing function across the UK and international markets. You will drive demand generation, brand positioning, go-to-market strategy, and marketing performance to fuel pipeline and revenue.

You will lead a specialist team and collaborate with external agencies to deliver outcomes. The role requires strategic and delivery excellence, ownership of the HubSpot platform and ABM programmes, and the ability to scale marketing

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading B2B marketing teams.
• Experience driving demand generation and pipeline growth.
• Ability to develop and execute ABM programmes across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing request and prioritisation process.
• Manage external agencies and ensure KPIs and deliverables.
• Line manage the B2B marketing team and drive performance.
• Develop and champion the marketing playbook for international expansion.
• Own HubSpot configuration, data integrity, and attribution models.
• Design and implement account-based marketing strategies across UK and international markets.
