The Change and Adoption (C&A) team is part of the Global Audit & Assurance Transformation & Change organization within Deloitte Global. We support our network of member firms by developing global strategies, programs, platforms, and creating transformational solutions.
The C&A team develops methodologies, approaches, and adoption materials to enable change and drive successful adoption of global initiatives, fostering communication and mitigating barriers.
The Change & Adoption Manager will execute and manage C&A activities across assigned projects.
Our collaborative teams support the wider business functions like IT, HR, and marketing, helping to make a far-reaching impact with your skills and knowledge.
