The Change and Adoption (C&A) team is part of the Global Audit & Assurance Transformation & Change organization within Deloitte Global. We support our network of member firms by developing global strategies, programs, platforms, and creating transformational solutions.

The C&A team develops methodologies, approaches, and adoption materials to enable change and drive successful adoption of global initiatives, fostering communication and mitigating barriers.

The Change & Adoption Manager will execute and manage C&A activities across assigned projects.

Responsibilities
  1. Support and manage change and adoption activities across programs/projects, including status, risks, member firm readiness, and adoption.
  2. Provide strategic guidance on change management, including plans for adoption, training, engagement, communication, and benefits realization.
  3. Collaborate with global, regional, and local teams to promote adoption of solutions, practices, and processes.
  4. Work with member firms to develop, review, and monitor their change and adoption plans.
  5. Deliver project scope and requirements using defined processes, templates, and guidance.
  6. Demonstrate advanced understanding of strategies, processes, and methodologies as a change management SME.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in professional/client services, especially in change management, organizational culture change, engagement, communication, and business analysis.
  • Understanding of business processes and ability to translate technical concepts into documentation for various audiences.
  • Ability to work globally across diverse organizations and locations.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, O365, SharePoint, BrainShark, Adobe.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
