The opportunity:
Join a leading global consumer goods business renowned for its dynamic pace and category-defining brands. This 3-month temporary assignment is critical to ensuring that high-impact packaging and innovation projects are delivered on time and to exacting standards. You’ll play a key role within a collaborative team that shapes how products look and perform on shelves around the world.

What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate and support the end-to-end artwork process across multiple markets and categories.
  • Act as the central contact between Design, CDO, GLARA (Trident), IMEX, Supply and Packaging teams to deliver artwork on time and to quality.
  • Manage artwork agency and Trident briefings for master and local artworks (MAWs and LAWs).
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to create or co-create pack copy with brand teams.
  • Drive prioritisation of Trident resources across global and local initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and brand consistency throughout.

  • Strong Artwork Management and Project Management experience – proven success delivering multiple artworks to tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional coordination skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively within a matrix organisation, influencing stakeholders across functions and geographies.
  • Resilience, urgency, and ownership – able to stay composed under pressure and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication skills and full fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
