Job summary

Specsavers is seeking an Architecture Governance & Process Lead to shape how architecture operates across the group. You will define governance, artefacts, and processes that enable scalable delivery and consistent decision-making.

You will partner with Product, Engineering and Operations to embed architecture in delivery lifecycles, drive continuous improvement, and automate where possible. Strong stakeholder management and an architectural background are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a strong architectural background with focus on governance and process design.
• Experience defining, implementing and evolving architecture artefacts, templates and standards.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement across complex technology environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve architecture governance models, artefacts, and decision frameworks.
• Design scalable processes and artefacts to support architects across the organisation.
• Embed architecture into delivery lifecycles and operating models; drive automation where possible.
• Influence multiple technology functions and manage senior stakeholder relationships.
