Specsavers is seeking an Architecture Governance & Process Lead to shape how Architecture operates across the organisation. You will define governance, artefacts, and scalable processes that help architects work more efficiently and deliver value at speed.

You'll collaborate with Product, Engineering, Delivery, Data, and Operations, driving continuous improvement and automation, embedding architecture into delivery lifecycles and operating models.

Qualifications

• Experience designing governance frameworks and artefacts.
• Ability to embed architecture into delivery lifecycles and operating models.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple technology functions.

Responsibilities
